To get a Visa support letter, please contact [email protected] with the following information:

1. Your name as it appears on your passport
2. The name of the conference (<Programming>)
3. Your registration confirmation number
4. Your current postal mail address

Visa support letters are issued per e-mail, and the original is mailed to your postal address.

Please make sure to apply for a support letter well on time.
